We’re excited to share that the Simplicity Group team is embarking on a meaningful journey to support Women’s Aid through our 2025 Charity Challenge!

The Virtual Journey

Starting on 1st July until 31st July, our team will collectively cover an incredible 2,655km, travelling (virtually) between our key partner locations:

Leg 1: Simplicity Group HQ to Gamma Office – Belfast to London, United Kingdom (758km)
Leg 2: Gamma Office to Webfleet Office – London to Amsterdam, Netherlands (531km)
Leg 3: Webfleet Office to MANTIS Live HQ – Amsterdam to Belfast, Northern Ireland (1,303km)
Final Leg: MANTIS Live HQ to Women’s Aid Centre of Excellence – Belfast to Newry (63km)

Why Women’s Aid?

Women’s Aid is the leading voluntary organisation in Northern Ireland addressing domestic abuse and supporting women and children. Their mission is to challenge the structures and attitudes that sustain abuse, helping women and families live free from violence.

Women’s Aid is one of our valued telecom clients, and we’re proud to support their communications across Northern Ireland. This year, we’re going a step further, not just as a service provider, but as active fundraisers. We’re aiming to help raise vital funds for the incredible work they do.

At each stage of the journey, we’ll be shining a light on the amazing work Women’s Aid does:

Leg 1 – Raising Awareness

Highlighting the vital role Women’s Aid plays in addressing domestic abuse.

Leg 2 – Celebrating Women’s Aid’s Impact

  • Representing a nationwide network of domestic abuse services
  • Lobbying for systemic change
  • Offering direct support through national helplines and services

Leg 3 – Supporting the Centre of Excellence

Raising awareness and funds for the new Women’s Aid Centre of Excellence in Newry, a beacon of innovation and care.

Final Leg – The Final Push

Bringing it home with a strong finish to support women and children affected by domestic abuse.

Our Target

Our team is committed to raising funds to help build the Women’s Aid Centre of Excellence in Newry. One brick at a time. Every contribution brings us closer to turning this vision into a reality.

We’re aiming to fund as many bricks as possible to support the construction of this vital centre. Here’s how it breaks down:

1,000 bricks = approximately £650 – £1,500

With your support, we can help lay the foundation for a space that offers safety, support, and hope to women and children affected by domestic abuse.
