Homecare Plumbing was unable to access fibre broadband, despite other businesses in the area being connected.

💡Solution:

Our team discovered the issue was due to their postcode not being listed. We liaised directly with Openreach to resolve it, ensuring they were properly connected.

Ward Waste’s old NEC system faced several issues, the most significant being its limit of just a few concurrent calls. Additionally, it struggled to load IVR automated messages efficiently.

On their previous system, Tomorrows Menswear discovered that their phone system frequently cut out unexpectedly, incorrect holiday messages were set up, and calls were missed because of a poor routing system.

💡Solution:

We transferred their service to our platform, where we offer support and training for holiday messages. We implemented a complete IVR system to resolve routing issues, along with voicemail and a queue system to help prevent and cover missed calls.

ona Enterprises struggled to differentiate between non-urgent queries and important calls. The building’s structure prevented them from using wireless phones throughout, making it difficult and time-consuming to reach specific doctors..

💡Solution:

 We configured the system to allow people to address non-urgent queries without needing to call in. We also implemented an IVR system to route direct calls to the appropriate person and the current doctor on call. Additionally, we provided wireless phones that now function throughout the entire building.
