⚠️ Problem:
Faced poor WiFi coverage and needed a system to direct calls to the correct departments, with out-of-hours and holiday messaging.
💡Solution:
We provided a comprehensive phone and WiFi solution, featuring IVR, Voicemail Systems, and numerous additional features.

Tomorrow Menswear

⚠️ Problem:
On their previous system, Tomorrows Menswear discovered that their phone system frequently cut out unexpectedly, incorrect holiday messages were set up, and calls were missed because of a poor routing system.
💡Solution:
We transferred their service to our platform, where we offer support and training for holiday messages. We implemented a complete IVR system to resolve routing issues, along with voicemail and a queue system to help prevent and cover missed calls.

ona Enterprises struggled to differentiate between non-urgent queries and important calls. The building’s structure prevented them from using wireless phones throughout, making it difficult and time-consuming to reach specific doctors..
💡Solution:
We configured the system to allow people to address non-urgent queries without needing to call in. We also implemented an IVR system to route direct calls to the appropriate person and the current doctor on call. Additionally, we provided wireless phones that now function throughout the entire building.
