We are actively searching for a highly motivated individual in Northern Ireland to join our telecom sales team.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Simplicity Group, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and contributing to our overall sales success. You will identify and qualify potential customers, engage with decision-makers, and set up meetings for our sales team across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in tech sales within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers using various prospecting tools and strategies.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our telecom solutions.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role, with a track record of successful lead generation and qualification.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers.
  • Resilience & Motivation: A self-starter with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with Salesforce & Salesloft is a plus)
  • Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
