Important Update About Your Pricing: Changes to Your Plan from January 2025

We hope you are enjoying our services, and we truly value you as a customer. At Simplicity Group, we are committed to providing you with the best value, service, and support possible. However, in order to continue delivering high-quality services and to meet increasing operational costs, we find it necessary to adjust our pricing.

Starting from January 2025, there will be a small increase in the price of certain products and services. The details of the changes are as follows:

– Call Bolt-Ons:
There will be a 25p increase in the price of your call bolt-ons. This adjustment is necessary to help us keep pace with rising costs in the telecommunications industry.

– Legacy Broadband & WLR Products:
We are also updating the prices for our legacy broadband and WLR products. This change reflects the rising operational and infrastructure costs required to maintain and improve our network, ensuring that you continue to receive reliable service (please see Appendix A)

Opportunity to Reduce Your Pricing:

We understand that price increases can be concerning, and we want to ensure you continue to get the best value from your service. If you are currently using one of our legacy broadband products, you may be eligible to upgrade to one of our newer, non-legacy broadband packages. By making the switch we will be able to counteract these increases which have been levied on us by our suppliers, offering you greater value, speed, and service options.
