Job Description

As a Fleet Support Advisor, you will handle incoming calls and emails, meeting team KPIs while providing excellent customer service. We will cater and provide training for a deep understanding of our fleet telematics and vehicle CCTV products.

You will offer technical troubleshooting, training, and remote assistance to ensure seamless operations for our base. This position involves collaborating closely with internal teams and maintaining meticulous records. You will stay updated on procedures and contribute to process improvement. We ask candidates show excellent communication and organisational skills, always prioritising client satisfaction and fostering a positive team environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and e-mails in line with team KPI’s.
  • Develop and maintain a complete understanding of our products and ongoing releases.
  • Technical fault analysis & troubleshooting.
  • Provide training to new and existing customers.
  • Assist the Engineers remotely. (Commissioning, testing and updating web portal after installation of products,).
  • Monitor the performance of installed software and hardware products.
  • Liaise with the client’s management team and operational staff.
  • Meet SLA target.
  • Continually keeping abreast of new procedures and implementing them when necessary
  • Keeping accurate records.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s product/service portfolio and attend regular training sessions.
