Prepare your phone systems for holidays!

As the holiday season approaches, it’s important to make sure that your VoIP phone system is set up to let customers know your opening hours. Here are some tips to help you prepare your phone system for the holidays:

1) Confirm your holiday scheduling date and times the message should be played including any other additional call routing that you may require. Please let us know at least 5 days before your holiday to ensure your message is updated on time.

2) Record your holiday audio announcement from the free Broadsoft Recorder mobile App, or contact us today regarding using our audio branding partner JAHN Media.

3) Email your audio to [email protected] so we can set up your messages or set up your auto attendants on the system.

4) Review Your Call Flow: Take a look at your call flow and make sure that it’s optimised for the holiday season.

5) Check Your Voicemail: Make sure that your voicemail messages are up-to-date and accurately reflect your holiday hours.

Please submit any holiday scheduling requests at least 5 working days before your updated schedule is set to start to ensure your message is updated promptly. Late requests will result in an additional admin charge of £50. Please note any holiday requests for 12th July, should be made no later than Friday 5th July.
