Our Telesales Executives roles are an ideal next step for driven individuals with a background in either sales, customer service, call centre, recruitment or even a recent Graduate. We are passionate about developing our team and supplying the best coaching to help our team reach their goals so as long as you feel you’re made of the right stuff & are coachable then this could be the job for you!

Core Responsibilities

  •   Introducing Simplicity Group’s communications Services with a core focus on VOIP & Data
  • Developing new business by telephone, email and social media
  • Providing a high-level overview of Simplicity Groups products and services
  • Setting Qualified new appointments for the Business Development Managers to present the Simplicity Group solutions to.
  • Developing and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities

Essential Skills

  • Know you want a career in sales but are looking for the right company.
  • Are proficient with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Have a strong ability to work independently while supporting a team
  • Have the energy and drive to achieve volume phone calls daily in both quantity of calls and Daily call time.
  • Can maintain high motivation and a great attitude
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively via email and telephone
  • Are coachable and willing to learn
  • Able to start your fantastic 4 week training plan ASAP

Desired Skills

  • Previous telesales experience
  • Previous experience of selling over the phone
